The capacity to access up to date ‘best practice’ that has been organised in a format that is relevant to business psychologists professional needs is central to effective, sustainable and pro-active psychology as applied to personal and organisational development. Personal development should be of clear tactical significance to organisational strategy. In order to maximise the chances of achieving this, in today’s multinational and cross cultural workplace, practitioners need to assess and re assess their interventions against best practice, bench tested against a collective expertise.
